Our Approach

Psychedelic Integration Coaching at Dose Coach bridges altered states with real-world shifts. Rooted in training from the Psychedelic Coaching Institute, our work is trauma-informed, preparation-focused, and grounded in sovereignty and self-leadership. We begin with a full personal inventory—mental health, emotional terrain, spiritual alignment—to assess if you’re truly ready for the work ahead. Not just desire, but readiness.

2. Preparation
We prime your system to meet the medicine. This includes setting strong intentions, nervous system prep, support structures, and resilience practices for what may arise.

3. Integration
Once the journey is complete, we guide you in making meaning of it. Using microdosing, somatics, journaling, and nervous system tools, we help you integrate the experience into daily life.

4. Embodiment
Finally, we turn insight into habit. This phase focuses on ritual design, habit mapping, and rewiring behavior so that the transformation becomes sustainable, lived change.
